How much does therapy cost?
Therapy rates are $135 per 53-minute session. Please visit the rates & insurance page to find out more about my rates.
What type of insurance do you accept?
Chill Therapy is an in network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Other insurance companies may provide partial/full reimbursement for therapy with a Superbill. Please contact your individual provider to see if this is something your insurance company will reimburse.
What can I expect to get out of therapy?
The results of therapy often differs from person to person, depending on the reasons for reaching out. Generally, the therapist and client work together to create develop goals and an individualized treatment plan. Whatever is going on for you, hopefully therapy will make it easier by providing clarity, relief, coping skills, confidence, or whatever you feel you need at this time.
